LEARNING SESSIONS
Interactive, experiential, and fast-paced. These sessions are typically 2.5 hours and scheduled twice a month to allow for application of new tools and techniques between sessions.
BETWEEN-SESSION CHALLENGES
Every session ends with a challenge to apply what they have learned immediately. This helps to embed the learning and also diminishes the notion that learning happens in a classroom. Each Learning Session begins with a reflection on the previous Challenge.
LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT:
Leadership is involved in selecting modules and receives follow up to each session with tools and coaching suggestions

Lisa Schenk, Ph.D.
Lisa has over 20 year’s experience helping leaders, their teams, and their companies thrive. With a mission to make work work, Lisa helps teams build alignment, improve critical interpersonal dynamics, and create and sustain the behaviors that get results. With a Ph.D. in Communication and five years at McKinsey & Company, Lisa built her coaching and consulting business on the foundation of data-driven diagnoses paired with deep understanding of human dynamics and complex systems.
