BOLD includes quick bursts of classroom learning followed by immediate reflection and application on the job. This not only develops the participant but has immediate benefit to the company.
LEARNING SESSIONS
Interactive, experiential, and fast-paced. 2.5 hours, twice a month to allow for application of new tools and techniques between sessions.
BETWEEN-SESSION CHALLENGES
Every session ends with a challenge to apply what they have learned immediately. This helps to embed the learning and build a learning culture.
LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT:
Leadership receives follow up to each session with tools and coaching suggestions. Coaching from internal leaders gets them engaged in developing their people and improves learning.
OPTIONAL IMPACT PROJECTS
Participants practice new skills in service of an important organizational project designed to increase mentorship, grow networks, and have real impact on the business.

Lisa Schenk, Ph.D.Lisa has over 20 year’s experience helping leaders, their teams, and their companies thrive. With a mission to make work work, Lisa helps teams build alignment, improve critical interpersonal dynamics, and create and sustain the behaviors that get results. With a Ph.D. in Communication and five years at McKinsey & Company, Lisa built her coaching and consulting business on the foundation of data-driven diagnoses paired with deep understanding of human dynamics and complex systems. She has spent her career helping organizations work for people and firmly believes that by doing business well, we can make the world better. Lisa is currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors for Conscious Capitalism, Los Angeles, an organization committed to the idea that business done well, is also good for society. |
Steve Phillips, Ph.D.In his relentless effort to deliver uncommon results, Steve Phillips has built a reputation for senior leadership and partner off-sites that get results, strategic planning, team development and executive leadership.
