The program begins at 9:00am on Thursday and includes:
- Strengthscope Assessment and individual report
- Friday night accommodations (feel free to arrange a Thursday night stay at our discounted rate)
- All meals through Saturday lunch
- Yoga sessions
- Wellness Kitchen cooking lesson and dinner Friday night
- Two-day program and materials
- One 30-minute follow-up coaching session with a facilitator
